1. Child Photos and Visual Privacy

Our commitments regarding the child photos you send us during the order process are as follows:

• Only for Production Purposes: The photos you send are used solely by our AI and design team to create the character illustrations inside the book.
• Retention Policy: Character source photos are permanently deleted from our servers after the printing of your book is completed, shipped, and confirmed to have reached you (after a 7-day waiting period against possible errors).
• Third Parties: Your photos are never shared with third parties for advertising purposes outside legal obligations and the production process (printing house), and are not published on social media without your permission.

2. Collected Information

We collect the following information to serve you better:

• Order Information: Child's name, age, gender, and selected book theme.
• Contact Information: Parent's name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and on-site behavior data (via Cookies).

3. Use of Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Creating the scenario and drawings of the personalized storybook.
• Printing your order and delivering it to your address.
• Informing about the order status via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Providing customer service support and answering your questions.

4. Information Sharing

Your personal information is kept constant within our company. However, sharing may be done in the following cases required for the completion of the service:

• Cargo Companies: Your address and telephone information is shared with our contracted cargo company so that the book can reach you.
• Printing Partners: At the printing stage of the book, only the digital print file (PDF) of the book is transmitted to our printing solution partner.
• Legal Obligations: Information may be shared within the legal framework if legally authorized public institutions request it.

5. Data Security

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology for the security of your information. Data transfers made via our website are protected by encryption. Our database is protected by firewalls and up-to-date security software against unauthorized access.
