As Hepha Agency / Hepha Kids ("Company"), we attach maximum importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK Law").
1. Data Controller
Pursuant to the KVK Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Hepha Agency as the data controller within the scope explained below.
2. Which Data Do We Process?
Within the scope of the Hepha Kids personalized children's book project, your following data is processed:
- Identity Information: Name, Age, Gender of the child who will be the hero of the book.
- Visual Data: Photos of the child sent to us to be converted into an illustration drawing.
- Contact Information: Parent's Name and Surname, Phone Number, Address Information (For delivery).
- Transaction Security: IP address information, website login-logout information.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Transforming your child's photo into a fairy tale character using artificial intelligence technologies,
- Preparing the fiction of the personalized storybook (name, age, etc.),
- Printing your order and delivering it to you via cargo,
- Informing about the order process via WhatsApp or phone,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and our business partners (e.g., Cargo companies, Printing solution partners) who are required for the performance of the service, within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law, in line with the realization of the purposes specified above. Photos of your child are used only for illustration production purposes and are deleted from our systems or anonymized after the printing of the book is completed.
5. Rights of the Data Owner
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVK Law, data owners have the right to;
- Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVK Law.
You can submit your requests regarding the use of your rights within the scope of KVKK in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the data subject and registered in the data controller's system to hephaajans@gmail.com.
